The 'World Day of Prayer for Priest' advertising campaign that was launched on Monday, 19th May 2008 and will be running for the last two weeks of May across Ireland.

The World day of Prayer for Priests, which falls on 30th May this year was an initiative put in place by the Pope John Paul II. It is in its 7th year and for the first time since its inception it will be supported by a mainstream media campaign that will appear on Dart, Bus and Arrow cards. The advertising campaign will also be supported by a press release which will be issued to media across Ireland, North America, Australia, Italy, England and Africa. This will educate the general public about the special day, and the history behind it.
